Jesse Einstein is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker working across narrative, documentary, and audio formats, with experience as a producer, director, writer, and actor.
He produced the feature documentary Accepted (Tribeca / PBS), which received a 2023 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Social Issue Documentary, as well as The Disunited States of America (Sky TV). Most recently, he served as Story Producer on Chef’s Table: Legends (Netflix), which earned three Emmy nominations in 2025.
He has also produced, directed, and narrated more than 20 Audible Originals, including Operation Firewall, a nine-part docudrama currently in development for television.
Project partners include Netflix, Concordia Studio, Boardwalk Pictures, ABC, Comedy Central, Hulu, TED, and FX. As an actor, he has appeared in Pam & Tommy, Mixed-ish, The League, and films directed by Ari Aster and Maggie Kiley.
Jesse is currently producing Someday, the narrative feature debut of director Dan Chen, selected for the Project Market at Gotham Week 2025.
Based in Vancouver, he is a Creative Producer at Hadron Films, a vertically integrated studio built for ambitious storytelling. He also serves on the managing team of Filmable, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and championing BC filmmakers.
